Setzke Custom Homes is centrally located in rural Dane County, nestled between the beautiful nearby communities of Middleton, Waunakee, and Sauk City. As Wisconsin’s second largest county, containing over half a million people, Dane County is a unique and diverse blend of urban and rural environments and populations. However, despite these differences, the residents of these fine cities, towns, and villages have one thing universally in common: this is where they call home.

We are south central Wisconsin’s Authorized Amwood home builder. Most of our panelized homes are built within local communities, cities, and rural areas close to where we call home including Sauk, Dane, Columbia, Juneau, and Iowa counties. We also perform select residential construction projects in Grant and Crawford counties, many of them close to Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin.
